Safety
The metal-enclosed casing of the busway can protect the busbar from mechanical damage or animal damage. It is very safe to install plug-in units in the power distribution system. The casing can be grounded as a whole, and the grounding is very reliable. The PVC casing of the cable is vulnerable to mechanical and Animal damage, the power must be cut off when installing the cable. If there is an error, it will be very dangerous, especially the cable must be grounded on site, and the unreliable grounding will increase the risk.
Installation
The busbar consists of many segments, each of which is short and light in length. Therefore, installation can be completed quickly with only a few people. Busbars have many standard parts and stocks, which can be shipped quickly to save on-site work time. Its tight "sandwich" structure reduces electrical space, freeing up more space for commercial use, such as rental or as a public space. For installing cables, it is a difficult job. Because individual cables tend to be heavy, installation requires the collaboration of many people and takes a long time to complete. In addition, due to the bending radius of the cable, more installation space is required.
Line optimization
By using bus ducts, we can combine some branch circuits and convert them into one large bus duct with a plug-in box. It simplifies the electrical system and obtains more strands with lower current values. Therefore, the construction cost of the project is saved, and the maintenance is easy. For traditional cable lines, cables make the electrical system extremely complex, bulky, and difficult to maintain, thus wasting engineering costs and installation space.

Scalability
For the bus, the system expansion can be completed by adding or changing several sections, and the reuse rate is high.
