Cable tray is divided into trough cable tray, tray cable tray, cascade cable tray, network tray and other structures, which are composed of supports, corbels and installation accessories. It can be erected independently or laid on various buildings and pipe gallery supports, reflecting the characteristics of simple structure, beautiful appearance, flexible configuration and convenient maintenance. All parts need to be galvanized. If the bridge is installed outside the building in the open air, if it is near the sea or in a corrosive area, the material must have the physical characteristics of corrosion prevention, moisture resistance, good adhesion and high impact strength. Now let's understand the difference between trough type bridge and ladder type bridge.
The differences between trough tray and ladder tray are as follows:
1、 Trough tray:
Trough type cable tray is a fully enclosed cable tray, which is most suitable for laying computer cables, communication cables, thermocouple cables and control cables of other highly sensitive systems. It has a good effect on the shielding interference of control cables and the protection of cables in heavily corrosive environments. The shield of trough type FRP Bridge is supplied together with the trough.
The trough type cable tray is generally a closed type cable tray without openings, so it is poor in heat dissipation, while the bottom of the ladder type cable tray has many waist shaped holes, so the heat dissipation performance will be relatively better.
2、 Ladder bridge:
Ladder type cable tray is a new type improved by enterprises according to relevant data at home and abroad and similar products. It has the advantages of light weight, low cost, unique shape, convenient installation, good heat dissipation, good air permeability and so on. It is suitable for the laying of general cables with larger diameter, especially for the laying of high and low voltage power cables. The ladder type bridge is equipped with a shield, which can be indicated when ordering. All its accessories are common to tray type and trough type bridges.
Ladder type cable tray has arc-shaped elbow: the elbow, tee, cross and other structures are arc-shaped with beautiful appearance, and the inner bending radius is r200-900mm. The natural transition of cable bending avoids the fracture caused by cable bending, and can increase the strength of cable tray.
