Hot Dipped Galvanized Tray Cable Tray

Aug 25, 2022

Tray type cable tray is a semi sealed cable tray, which is very similar to the galvanized trough type cable tray. It is perforated at the bottom for heat dissipation. It is mainly used for horizontal or vertical laying of control cables and communication cables, and for the installation of power cables.

Advantages:

1. The shielding performance of galvanized tray type bridge is also very good, which can also prevent signal interference and dust. Very tolerant. (dustproof)

2. Simple structure, light and beautiful appearance, light weight, convenient installation, the biggest advantage: there is heat dissipation effect at the bottom, and the fire prevention ability is very good. (as the bottom is perforated, the bearing capacity is limited, so the thickness of the plate should be fixed.

Galvanized plate refers to the steel plate with a layer of zinc on the surface. Zinc plating is an economical and effective anticorrosion method often used. About half of the world's zinc production is used in this process.

What is the difference between hot galvanizing and cold galvanizing

1. The principle is different. Hot galvanizing immerses steel in molten zinc to cover the metal on the parts, while cold galvanizing uses electrochemical principle to prevent corrosion.

2. Corrosion resistance difference. Hot galvanizing is a chemical treatment and belongs to electrochemical reaction. Cold galvanizing is a physical treatment. A layer of zinc on the surface layer is easy to fall off, so hot galvanizing is more corrosion-resistant than cold galvanizing.

3. The thickness is different. The hot-dip galvanized material is thicker than 10 microns, while the cold galvanized material is thinner, about 3 microns to 5 microns.

4. Price and practicability are different. Cold galvanizing is cheaper than hot galvanizing, but hot galvanizing is more practical than cold galvanizing.
