Strict management and correct use of low-voltage distribution boxes are essential measures to reduce electrical accidents. To do a good job in its management and use, we must implement the principles of hierarchical management and sub-line management, with a clear system and each responsible.
(1) The equipment power department shall number, register and file each low-voltage distribution box. Technical inspections and measurements are carried out on a regular basis.
(2) The maintenance electrician should inspect the distribution box. If the components are seriously heated, the cause should be found out, the loose wiring should be tightened, and the dust and debris in the box should be cleaned in time to keep it clean.
(3) The operator shall not stack or hang workpieces and other items within 1.2 meters in front of the distribution box door. Water should not accumulate around the distribution box. Non-electricians are not allowed to disassemble and assemble electrical components.
(4) It is strictly forbidden to open and close the switch with load, so as to avoid the formation of excessive arc and burn the power distribution components or cause burns and scald accidents of operators.
